What happens to my documents?
Text is read on your device. The copy used to build your report is deleted from our servers within 24 hours, is never used to train AI, and you can wipe all of your data from Settings at any time.
What kinds of documents can it read?
Leases and rental agreements, job offers and employment contracts, insurance letters and denials, IRS and tax notices, and most other official letters — from a camera scan, a PDF, or shared from another app.
Do I need an account?
No sign-up form. The app creates an anonymous session, so you can scan your first document seconds after installing.
How do subscriptions and refunds work?
All purchases go through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your iPhone's Settings, and refunds are handled through Apple's standard process. The 5-document pack is a one-time purchase with no renewal.
